How do I log in for the first time?

How do I log in for the first time?

  • First you must provide the school with a valid email address.
  • Navigate to the RenWeb login page
  • Click the “Create a New ParentsWeb Account” button
  • Enter your email address and click Submit
  • RenWeb will send you an email with a password – This password will only be good for about 15 minutes before it expires
  • Get your new password from your email account and go back to the Fellowship login screen and enter your email address and new password

I have always been able to get into ParentsWeb, but now I am not able to login. What should I do?

  • Possible problem #1 – students might have changed the password – check with them.
  • Possible problem #2 – there may be an outstanding fee such as a book or athletic fee – email terre.hughes@fcspaladins.org and explain your problem.

What if I am having trouble connecting on my computer?

  • Firefox has proven to be a reliable web browser for connecting to ParentsWeb (RenWeb).
  • Go to the Firefox Free Download site at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ and download the Firefox browser on your PC or Mac computer (this is a safe program).
  • Whenever you need to access RenWeb, be sure to do it using Firefox.

RenWeb is asking me for the district code...what is it?

  • The Fellowship Christian School district code is FCS-GA.

What if I forget my password?

Can students have their own login?

  • Yes, students can have individual logins.
  • Each student must have an email address in their RenWeb profile – send an email to Terre.Hughes@fcspaladins.org with the student’s name and email address.
  • The student then goes through the same process above (How do I log in for the first time).
